On Saturday, June 27th, we return for the third year of OWN Your Pride to own our existence with radical joy.
OWN is an immersive platform built for socializing, sweating, and releasing energy on the dance floor. We are intentionally shifting the lens: BIPOC and trans people are at the front. Born out of a passion for club culture and the urgent need for a community-led space, OWN is a sanctuary for those who refuse to be categorized or don't see themselves reflected in mainstream commercial spaces. We are reclaiming ownership of the club spaces that queer people of color have always been at the forefront of creating.
This year, we center a foundational truth: our history proves that Black, Brown, Indigenous, and trans joy has always been the fire that fuels collective liberation. Recognizing that gender is a performance we outgrow the moment we start moving together, we are inviting friends from all over Europe to dance, share their art, and challenge the "either/or."
Both Kaiku and Kuudes Linja are opening their doors under the OWN banner to hold space, honor our legacy, and celebrate on our own terms. All who wish to celebrate pride respectfully are welcome to OWN the main day with us. By entering the venue, we all commit to upholding our safer space guidelines to ensure a welcoming environment for everyone.

Kuudes Linja
Accessible entry to Kuudes Linja is located via the Hämeentie entrance. The exact address is Hämeentie 13 B (approx. 50 meters from Siltanen towards Hakaniemi). The doorway allows for direct wheelchair access without any tight turns. Please contact the restaurant manager via email in advance if you wish to use the accessible entrance.
The accessible restroom is kept locked, and our staff will assist you with opening the door. Please contact the venue staff when you wish to use the accessible restroom.
Kaiku
Kaiku is wheelchair-accessible through Bar Siltanen next door (Hämeentie 13 B). Please ask your companion to inform the door staff at Kaiku upon your arrival, and our security personnel will guide you inside.
We also have an accessible toilet; please be in touch with our staff to use it.
Entry to our events is always free of charge for personal assistants of individuals with reduced mobility.
