The Brazilian-based OMOLOKO will perform at Tanner on Friday, September 22nd. João Vitor Costa, the creative mind behind OMOLOKO, has played a pivotal role in shaping Belo Horizonte's electronic music scene for the past decade. As a co-founder of iconic events like 101Ø, CurraL, and Mathosa, he has been a driving force.

OMOLOKO's DJ sets are a fusion of his diverse musical journey, he builds his sets from the different musical aesthetics he harvested during his life and following new styles that reflect his state of mind at the time, with references that roam between house music, disco, break beat, ethnic sounds and world music. Today, he is a prominent electronic music DJ in Brazil, known for his efforts in showcasing emerging talent both locally and globally.
